Today my Culligan water system was serviced by a very nice gentleman by the name of Mr. Tony Picone. Mr. Picone was a very cheerful and sweet spirited man. He was very detailed a patient in explaining what he was doing and the process of how the system works. If another services needed I will definitely send a special request for him!!!!!

I would highly recommend Culligan in Panama City to anyone!! Florida water is just stinky. Period. And being on a well makes it worse. We bought an older house and the well was on it's last leg, but Culligan helped us limp thru about 4 yrs until we finally had to dig a new well. They came out whenever we called to help us regulate the old well, until there was nothing left to do except dig a new. The price we received from Culligan was in line with other quotes we got, but we never seriously considered anyone else, just checked prices. Culligan dug the new well, but within 4 months, we started getting smells and hard water again. Culligan came out each time we called, they installed a new whole house filtration system and gave us a month to test it see how our water performed. We did end up having to have the well drilled further down, just because of the area we live, not because Culligan did anything wrong. We just have really hard, stinky water in my area. Culligan removed a section of my privacy fence, drilled the well an additional 200 ft, exchanged the whole house filter for a brand new system, brought me 3 filter tanks to use to fill up the pool so we weren't adding any more "bad" water to our brand new pool. Sherry, Tony, Tre and all of the people at Culligan have been excellent to work with. Always professional, courteous, friendly. And they make sure they get things right or they come back and fix anything that needs it. I would not trust my water to anyone else in the Panama City area.
