Your local Culligan Man will deliver salt right to your home and fill your softener tank on a schedule designed to meet your family’s needs. You won’t have to remember to buy salt, and you won’t have to lug heavy bags home from the store.
In addition, your Culligan Man will perform a FREE 10-point inspection of your water softener. With each delivery, our trained water specialists examine the various components of your softener, making sure your system is functioning as correctly and efficiently as possible.

Culligan's NEW Privilege Program
As a member of the Culligan's Privilege Program, all of your water softening needs are handled by your local Culligan Man - salt delivery, preventative maintenance and an extended warranty.
Salt Delivery:
With each visit, your Culligan man will conduct a 10-point inspection to make sure everything is working just right. The inspection includes:
- - Check time setting
- - Check for leaks
- - Check bypass
- - Check salt level
- - Check for salt bridging
- - Fill salt tank
- - Check water level
- - Check float
- - Discard empty bags
- - Stack remaining bags
Preventative Maintenance:
Annually your Culligan Man will:
- - Analyze your water to verify that your water softener is performing at its best
- - Clean the Culligan water softener resin
- Every two years, your Culligan man will perform a comprehensive inspection that includes:
- - Salt tank sanitization
- - System sanitization
- - Complete check of brine system
- - Complete check of control valve
- - Full funtion test of all operating cycles
Extended Warranty:
Should you every have a problem with your water softener system while you are a member of the Privilege Program, we will repair or replace if necessary, your water softener at no additional cost to you.
